Fangoria on Sirius satellite radio

<  Fangoria on Sirius satellite radio

I think I posted about this before, but it’s so cool it’s worth repeating even if I did. Fangoria, the classic horror mag, is going to be on Sirius satellite radio. (Which is worth the subscription price…I was an XM  Radio early adapter or I’d sign up.) From the article:

The last few decades have offered many forms of horror-related entertainment, from movies, to books, to comics, and even horror-based video games. Fangoria magazine has covered it all. A mainstay in the magazine for horror-niche entertainment, Fangoria brings monthly news and happenings of upcoming horror films, notable DVD releases, book and movie reviews, interviews with authors, actors, directors and special effects gurus, and a host of extra content that makes Fangoria one of the most entertaining and unique magazines on the market.

Catering to a widely diverse crowd of fans and horror fanatics, Fangoria magazine has recently made the move to satellite radio, offering the public another form of media with which to satisfy their appetite for horror and film.

Broadcast exclusively on SIRIUS Satellite Radio, Fangoria Radio is a weekly 3-hour show airing on Friday evenings from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM, on channel 102. Horror fans should certainly be familiar with the main host of the show, Dee Snider, and his co-host, scream queen Debbie Rochon.

Dee Snider, a native of Long Island, NY and once the frontman for the heavy metal band Twisted Sister, also directed and starred in the horror film Strangeland, and has been active in the horror community for a long time. Debbie Rochon has starred in numerous B-movies and scream queen flicks. Together, they offer insight, opinions, and news about all things related to horror, and weekly studio guests will include notable actors, directors, and other celebrities, and topics will be diverse, from reviews of movies and television shows to dark fashions.
