’100 Things To Do Before You Die’ author dead

He completed about half of the list:

Dave Freeman, co-author of “100 Things to Do Before You Die,” a travel guide and ode to odd adventures that inspired readers and imitators, died after hitting his head in a fall at his home. He was 47.

In the witching hour, 200,000 visits

At 3:31:11 a.m., The Mystery of the Haunted Vampire hit the 200,000 visits milestone. Not a lot compared to some sites that do that in a couple of hours, but not bad for our spiderwebbed corner of horror.
